Use FiberPulse as a diagnostic aid, not as a legal verdict.
These terms apply to the FiberPulse website, official desktop application, measurements, comparisons, reports and observatory.
Effective date: August 31, 20261. Purpose of the service
FiberPulse is an informational network-diagnostic tool. It measures application-level performance, records test conditions and helps users organize observations about an Internet connection. It is not an Internet provider, regulator, accredited laboratory, legal adviser or dispute-resolution service.
2. Indicative measurements
Results are snapshots affected by equipment, Wi-Fi, local traffic, routing, server selection and network conditions. FiberPulse does not warrant that a result is exact, continuous, representative of every use, or proof of provider fault, contractual non-performance or physical line capacity.
Reports and comparisons do not replace tests, statements or procedures required by an Internet provider, regulator, court or other competent authority. Users should repeat measurements and obtain independent or official confirmation before relying on them for an important decision.
3. Responsible use
You must use FiberPulse lawfully, on a connection you are entitled to test, and in accordance with your provider’s terms and M-Lab’s rules. You must not manipulate results, misrepresent reports, overload measurement infrastructure, bypass technical safeguards or use FiberPulse to harass or defame another party.
4. Plans, providers and third-party data
Plan descriptions and advertised speeds are informational snapshots from public sources and can change. Verify the current contract and offer directly with the provider. FiberPulse does not control or endorse M-Lab, providers, app stores or other third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, policies or decisions.
5. Intellectual property and license
FiberPulse, its code, methodology, reports, graphics and marks are proprietary. Source code may be visible for transparency and security review, but it is not open source. Unless you have prior written authorization, you may not copy, modify, create derivative works, redistribute, sublicense, host or commercially reuse FiberPulse code or substantial content.
You may install and use official, unmodified FiberPulse builds distributed through official channels. Third-party components remain under their own licenses.
6. Free service and Pro subscriptions
The free edition is currently available. No paid checkout is open on the effective date of these terms; displayed Pro prices describe the planned offer only. If Pro is activated, the exact price, billing interval, included features and any discount will be shown before Stripe Checkout. A subscription would renew for the selected interval until cancelled.
When paid subscriptions open, payments, invoices and card processing will be provided by Stripe. Refunds, withdrawal rights, taxes and mandatory consumer remedies will follow the checkout terms and applicable law. FiberPulse will not silently change an active billing interval; a price change for renewal will be communicated when legally required.
7. Availability, changes and updates
Features, catalogs, measurement infrastructure and availability may change, be corrected or be suspended. Direct automatic updates are enabled only in properly signed releases. A provisional build can require manual replacement. App-store updates remain subject to the relevant store’s review and distribution schedule.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FiberPulse is provided as is and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular dispute. The operator is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, provider decisions or actions taken solely on the basis of a FiberPulse result. This limitation does not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service, data flows or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the version presented on this page. Continuing to use a later version of the service means the current terms apply to that later use.
